Abstract

The theme this paper is use the concept of regalization in the public regulation of the economic development in condition the transition depression, the large political turbulention and the institutional chaos. In the frst part is to analyze the cause for large use the concept of regionalization in The European Union as and the definite specifc factors what limiting theirs use to ours space. In the second part is to prepare the actually disposition the institutional vague and the model for theirs exceed to use the concepts of reinventing government. In third parts is to prepare is a defnite the contents of the goals and actions the regional strategy of the economic development in function theirs real integration in the European economic space.
